However, if we need to leave to get a specific part to fix your appliance, we will never charge you for the return trip. When our technician fixes your appliance you will always get an invoice and you can pay cash or EFT.

Furthermore if you decide to go with a quote we will never charge you call out fee. Finally, if you decide not to repair your appliance call-out fee of R600 will apply to cover the technician’s expenses.
