Furthermore, if you decide to go with a quote we will never charge you a call-out fee. Finally, if you decide not to repair your appliance call-out fee of R600 will apply to cover the technician’s expenses.
Almost always we do have spare parts for most of the repairs, especially the one listed on our website. However, if we need to leave to get a specific part to fix your appliance, we will never charge you for the return trip. When our technician fixes your appliance you will always get an invoice and you can pay cash or EFT.
Please always keep your invoice in a safe place since we are giving 6 months guarantee on our work.
