After you make a booking with one of our friendly receptionist technicians will arrive at the agreed time. He will do an inspection of your appliance and let you know what is wrong and how much it will cost you to repair it – you will get a quotation.

Furthermore, if you decide to go with a quote we will never charge you a call-out fee. Finally, if you decide not to repair your appliance call-out fee of R600 will apply to cover the technician’s expenses.

Almost always we do have spare parts for most of the repairs, especially the one listed on our website. However, if we need to leave to get a specific part to fix your appliance, we will never charge you for a return trip. When our technician fix your appliance you will always get an invoice and you can pay cash or EFT.
